Arizona Art Supply is an approved vendor for many school districts within the state of Arizona. Now shopping for your classroom supplies is even easier!
You may finalize your purchase with either a credit card, or, schools that have completed a credit application and have established a billing account with Arizona Art Supply, may purchase ‘on-account’.
Free Delivery
For School purchase orders, we are happy to offer free delivery to your school or district warehouse. Free delivery is available to schools or district warehouses located within metropolitan Phoenix, including, but not limited to: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler. Orders that fall outside of our free delivery zone/terms, require a delivery quote. Depending on order amounts, we are able deliver to Tucson, Flagstaff, etc.
Kit Building & Class Packs
We offer special pricing on art kits and class packs for your classes. Please contact us at: sales@arizonaartsupply.com so that we may facilitate your needs. A 45-day lead time is required for kit order fulfillment.
Bid Requests / Large Orders
We would love the opportunity to bid on your specific large quantity orders for your school or organization. While we are not able to price match national art supply chains, we will do everything we can to offer the best discounts available based on our wholesale pricing and discounts. If your school district requires formal bids and or quotes on large scale orders, please contact us.
Class Room Adoptions
On average, teachers spend up to $500 of their own money every year on school supplies. Teachers can now register their classes on adoptaclassroom.org or donorschoose.org to set up teachers with underfunded classrooms with donors who want students to have what they need to succeed. These programs make it easy for anyone to help a classroom in need.

Want to skim through pages of art supplies? Good news, we have free catalogs (or product guides) for educators! Please stop by our Phoenix location for the latest copy of our Product Guide (while supplies last). A limited amount of catalogs are available at other locations
School & Educator Discounts
We offer special discounts for district purchase orders, art educators & students. If your school purchases large quantities of art supplies and materials throughout the year, we would like to make your purchasing easier. Instructors with school district purchase orders visiting our brick and mortar locations receive up to 30% off of non-sale items; students receive 15% off of non-sale items. Instructors without purchase orders receive 20% off non-sale items. Our website offers 10-50% off MSRP!
