PHX: “PanPastels & How To Use Them” w/ Terri Valencia!

Join our beloved instructor, Terri Valencia, as she guides you into the wonderful world of PanPastels! “A wide variety of vibrant colors, easy application of any surface, low dust, erasable: Those are just a few features of Pan Pastels we’ll explore in this class. You will learn how to “paint” with this dry media, using sponges on paper. We’ll cover color mixing and blending, pastel mediums and incorporating other dry media for very fine details. You will also learn to use a fixative for layering and a final finish. You won’t want to miss this exciting class!”

Instructor Terri Valencia has been creating and teaching art for over 30 years, and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Arizona State University! She currently works here at Arizona Art Supply and gladly helps customers and art students with a variety of art related questions. In her personal time, she loves working on and with a wide variety of mediums including painting, drawing, metalworking, woodworking, and block printing!
